Hourly
The hourly fees charged by the firm range from $335.00 to $265.00. These fees are based on the experience level of the attorney providing representation. Legal assistants’ time is billed at the rate of $115.00 per hour. The firm requires a replenishing retainer on hourly files, which entails an upfront retainer that must be replenished if the funds on deposit drop to a specified dollar amount. All retainers are refundable, meaning any monies remaining on deposit once a matter is concluded will be returned to the client.
Contingency
The firm regularly accepts a contingency fee for cases in which the client is the party seeking a recovery. Contingency fees range from 33 1/3 % to 45% of the recovery, depending on the stage at which there is a recovery.
Hybrid
In some instances, the firm will base its fee on a combination of a reduced hourly rate coupled with a reduced contingency fee. This affords the client a lesser hourly rate on a case which the firm is not willing to accept on a straight contingency basis.
Task Based
For less complex cases, the firm will quote flat fees for the various tasks that must be performed.
